Sean C. Cannone, DO,  CMD, is the Certified Medical Director for Hennis Care Centre Dover and Bolivar.    He is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and is a Multi-Facility Long Term Care Medical Director.   Dr. Cannone is also a Clinical  Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine for The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
