Nicole Jones is the
Unit Manager of the Gardens Unit in Dover. She joined Hennis Care Centre in
1997 to start her nursing career. She received her Associate Degree in
Nursing also in 1997. Nicole has had various roles that included nurse
tech/aide, floor nurse on Rehab and the Homestead units, charge nurse on the
Rehab unit, and her current position as a Unit Manager. Nicole’s goal is to
“help each resident achieve their maximum potential each day of their
lives,” such as the Hennis Care Centre mission statement.
