Katie Ott, RN, joined Hennis Care Centre
in Dover August, 1999 as a staff nurse. She received her RN from Kent State
University and is a Certified MDS Coordinator. Katie began her career as a
nurse with a local hospital but decided her passion was in the long-term
care setting. When Hennis Care Centre Bolivar opened in January of 2000,
Katie transferred to the new building serving as both a floor nurse and the
MDS Coordinator. In 2001 she worked exclusively as MDS
Coordinator. In 2004 she became the Director of Nursing, in 2007 she went
back to MDS for two years. As of January 1, 2009, Katie is once again
our Director of Nursing where she managers the entire nursing staff to
ensure the residents receive the quality care that Hennis is known for. |
