 James A. Martin, CEC, started his career with Hennis Care Centre as the Dining Services Director in 2002, with 34 years in the food service industry. His career began in his family's self owned and operated restaurant.  He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Dining Services, assisting with Marketing and Public Relations through food service functions such as our "Oktoberfest" and "Pig Roast".  Jim’s credentials include being a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation and Certified in Sanitation through the Ohio State Health Department. Jim continued his education for Certifications at Ashland University, and The University of Akron.  Jim is the Secretary for the Akron-Canton Cooks and Chefs Association.
