Denise Waldman MOT, OTR/L is the Director of Therapy at Hennis Care Centre
Dover. She has been employed by Hennis since January of 2006. Denise
worked as a COTA for seven years prior to receiving her BS and MOT from the
University of Findlay in 2003. Denise has a broad range of clinical
experience: in patient rehab, acute care, skilled nursing, out patient hand
therapy, home health, and long term care. She is a member of AOTA and the
International Allen Cognitive Network. Denise presented at the 2006 Allen
Symposium on the use of the Allen Cognitive levels with direct care staff in
order to help them be more successful in their job. Denise’s specialty is
in neurological rehabilitation. |
