Brian Sarty joined Hennis Care Centre Dover in 2005 as the Executive Chef, and previously serviced HCC a number of years with a contract company.  He oversees the daily operation of the kitchen, special parties, and catering events on and off site.  Brian came to Hennis Care Centre with over thirty years of experience in the foodservice industry.  His career before entering long-term care was in private country clubs & large hotels as the Executive Chef of the food service operation.  Brian attended the Culinary Institute of America and in 1992 became a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation.
