Anita Peffer, RN is the Director of Resident Services with Hennis Care
Centre Dover since June 1994. She graduated from Kent State University and
has worked in both long term care and acute care, in staff positions,
management and consulting. Anita has spoken to many groups of professionals
from the STNA annual Olympics, to nurses and administrators on Culture
Change, nurses on MDS changes, and researchers and academia on cognition.
Anita assisted in the facilitation of an IT program “Enhancing Patient
Safety through IT” after being awarded an AHRQ grant. She directly deals
with issues regarding our residents. |
